House-made Pico de Gallo
Serves 4
You can find our house-made pico de gallo in the deli department, or whip up a batch at home.
Ingredients
- 10 tomatoes
- 2 jalapenos
- 1 red onion
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 3 tbsp. lime juice
- Salt + pepper to taste
Recipe
- Dice the tomatoes, jalapenos, red onion and place them into a serving bowl. Chop the cilantro. Add to the serving bowl.
- Pour the lime juice onto the mixture, and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well, and serve cold with chips and guacamole. Enjoy!
