THE FLAVOR OF AN IDIAZABAL CHEESE IS INTENSE, WIDE, FILLING THE MOUTH. A CLEAN FLAVOR WITH A MARKED CHARACTER OF MATURE MILK.
ORIGIN : PDO IDIAZABAL (EUSKAL HERIA).
MATURATION: 60 DAYS.
MILK: RAW LATXA AND KARRANTZANA SHEEP.
