Description
Cooking chicken breasts on the bone takes a little more time than boneless breasts, but can give you even more flavorful results. Give the breasts a short sear, then finish by roasting in a medium-hot oven. On the grill, cook briefly over direct heat then move to a cooler spot on the grill to finish so they cook through without burning on the inside.
