Description
Ground chuck comes from the shoulder area of the steer, and has a higher fat content than ground round or sirloin. That translates into great, beefy flavor, though, and makes ground chuck a good all-purpose ground beef: wet heat like chili, dry heat like burgers—ground chuck can do it all. Ground chuck burgers are equally good on the grill or griddle.
